I have 2 new favorite words:
stoichiometry and phosphorylation.
Phosphorylation is the addition of a phosphate (PO4) group to a protein molecule or a small molecule.
Stoichiometry is the calculation of quantitative (measurable) relationships of the reactants and products in chemical reactions.
Thank you, Wikipedia.
I just like to say them. Does that make me a dork?
